Zenith ShopThese Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zenith Shop website, mobile experience, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Zenith Shop ("Zenith Shop", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, browsing, placing an order, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated here by reference. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and guest checkout customers using the Platform.
2.Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to create an account or place an order on Zenith Shop. If you are creating an account on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and checkout, including a valid delivery address and contact number.
- Zenith Shop reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, engage in fraudulent activity, or violate these Terms.
3.Using the Platform
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. Prohibited activities include, without limitation:
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or other users' accounts.
- Using automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data, place orders, or manipulate pricing or stock displays without our written consent.
- Uploading or transmitting viruses, malicious code, or content that infringes on the rights of others.
- Posting false, defamatory, misleading, or fraudulent reviews or listings.
- Using the Platform to sell counterfeit, stolen, restricted, or illegal goods.
4.Our Listings
Zenith Shop sells products directly. We are responsible for the accuracy of our listings, the quality and legality of the products we offer, and fulfilling your order in accordance with these Terms and applicable consumer protection law.
5.Listings & Pricing
We work to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate, but errors can occur — including mispricing, incorrect stock counts, or typographical mistakes in listings. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you've placed an order, we will contact you before charging or fulfilling the order, and you may cancel for a full refund if you no longer wish to proceed at the corrected price.
Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may include or exclude delivery charges depending on the item, order value, and delivery location; applicable charges are always shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
6.Orders & Order Acceptance
Placing an order on Zenith Shop is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. An order is not considered accepted until it is confirmed via email, SMS, or in-app notification. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including but not limited to: stock unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, delivery restrictions to your area, or repeated failed Cash on Delivery attempts on prior orders.
7.Payment Methods
Zenith Shop supports the following payment methods, subject to availability by product and delivery location:

| JazzCash | Pay directly from your JazzCash mobile wallet at checkout. |
| Easypaisa | Pay directly from your Easypaisa mobile wallet at checkout. |
| Bank Transfer | Transfer to our designated account and upload proof of payment; orders are processed once payment is confirmed. |
Zenith Shop does not store your full JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank credentials; these transactions are processed through the relevant regulated payment provider.
8.Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates based on your location and our dispatch time, and are not guaranteed delivery dates. See our Shipping Info page for typical timelines by region. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.
9.Cancellations
You may cancel an order free of charge before it has been dispatched, from your account's order history or by contacting customer support. Once an order has been dispatched or is out for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled, and any refusal to accept delivery will be handled under our Refund Policy, which may not result in a full refund for reasons unrelated to product defects.
10.Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our dedicated Refund Policy. In summary: Zenith Shop does not accept returns for change of mind. Returns are only accepted for items that are defective, damaged in transit, materially not as described, or incorrect/incomplete as delivered, subject to the eligibility windows, categories, and process set out in that policy.
11.Product Warranties
Where a product carries a manufacturer's warranty, the terms of that warranty apply as stated on the product listing or accompanying documentation. Zenith Shop is not the warrantor unless explicitly stated, but will assist in facilitating warranty claims with the manufacturer where reasonably possible.
12.Reviews & User Conduct
You may submit reviews and ratings for products you have purchased. Reviews must be honest, based on genuine experience, and must not contain abusive language, personal information about others, or promotional content unrelated to the product. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these standards or that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or incentivized in violation of these Terms.
13.Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform that is created by Zenith Shop — including the Zenith Shop name, logo, site design, and original text — is owned by or licensed to Zenith Shop and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission. Product images and descriptions supplied by brands remain the property of their respective owners.
14.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zenith Shop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or delivery delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control (such as weather, strikes, or courier disruptions). Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
15.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Zenith Shop and its employees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or violation of any law or third-party right.
16.Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be addressed through our customer support and internal resolution process; unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
17.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
